I came back to Carsense because I bought my previous car with them in 2007 and had a great experience. Since then, I have recommended them to family and friends. I typically do not recommend service providers of any kind, but Carsense is different (and no, I am not related to Laura nor have any other connection with this company. I just feel strongly that they are the cream of the crop when it comes to pre-owned cars). Look around before you buy, but make the visit you will not be disappointed. More

The service department was very professional and helpful in working through this problem with me and eventually helped me to get the warranty work done that was needed to make my car as good as new. They had a tough customer on their hands, as it is frustrating to have a problem that is so difficult to demonstrate to the mechanics, but they persisted with me, and we got the problem solved. I highly recommend Car Sense for their excellent customer service and professional handling of problems. I was happy with my car in the beginning, but now I am even more satisfied. More
