First car buying experience I couldn't write enough positive things about purchasing my car through carsense Hatfield! I researched the car through the carsense website, and was I couldn't write enough positive things about purchasing my car through carsense Hatfield! I researched the car through the carsense website, and was able to find out everything I needed to know about the car. From the website I was able to schedule a test drive, and within minutes Dana Goodman (dealer) was in contact through text message, which was my preferred mode of communication. Dana was very helpful from the start and told me everything I should bring to the dealership the day of my test drive! Upon arrival at the dealership, Dana had my car ready to test drive. After the test drive, Dana was able to explain all the paper work in a timely manner, and within minutes we got an approval and I was able to start signing the paperwork. Overall, it only took about two and a half hours to get in to test drive, get the paperworked signed and bring the car off the lot with all of our questions answered! Dana was a pleasure to work with and was very professional treating myself and my father with the upmost respect. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be returning in the future to purchase another car with Dana as my dealer! Dana even impressed my father enough that my father stated he will be buying all of his future cars through Dana as well! More

perfect buying experience I spoke with Dana Goodman twice on the phone before my actual visit. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I had my own vehicle to trade in. As soon as I walked in I met Dana and him and the other employees I came across were great, all in good moods and didn't get a bad feel from anyone I met there, which surprised me because it was a Saturday at a car dealership so it was hectic in there. They let me drive the truck I wanted on an unaccompanied test drive which is awesome. At the beginning of our meeting I told Dana I had a pretty tight time schedule to keep and it shouldn't take long since I knew the truck I wanted and had my mind made up before I got there and he was great and getting all the paperwork in and to the bank for the financing. All in all we finished ahead of schedule and Dana answered all the questions I had with a smile. I couldn't believe how smooth and easy it was. Would definitely recommend carsense to anyone and will be going there for my wife's next car. More
