Scams This dealer is a scam. They show you carfax of vehicles but get most of their inventory from Canada. The issue with this is if a vehicle is transferre This dealer is a scam. Stay away. Deceptive. Bought a 2013 Ram 3500. Could've bought same truck for a lot less money. But wanted a factory warranty for vacations. Turns out the truck is from Cana Bought a 2013 Ram 3500. Could've bought same truck for a lot less money. But wanted a factory warranty for vacations. Turns out the truck is from Canada and all warranties are void once exported to the US. The Dodge dealer can't even perform recalls on it. Elite (JP) refuses to do anything or return my calls. Now I have a $50k Paperweight sitting at my place that needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs a month after purchasing it and no warranty coverage. More

WASTE OF 5HR COMMUTE,LIAR,UPSELLER Well I want to save everyone the time of dealing with this unprofessional establishment. So I find a ZDX that I love. Fill out finance app,am contac Well I want to save everyone the time of dealing with this unprofessional establishment. So I find a ZDX that I love. Fill out finance app,am contacted by Cherie and she says she is sending it over to finance manager. She would call back by end of day. Never did. Following day I email her for up date. No reply. So that afternoon I give her a call,and she apoloigizes for the hold up. Says she is reforwarding to finance manager. I receive call from John Barbera. He is salesman at Elite. Tells me i'm approved for $0 down,that my notes would be $412 a month,and when could I come in. I let him know that I live 5hrs away. So I would fax in drivers license,check stubs,etc to ensure the loan. Which I did the same evening. I then run carfax and realize the car is from Canada,the car fax is limited and doesn't show any necessary info. I ask him is the price negotiable. He emails back and says he wont loose deal for a few bucks.I make offer and he refuses. Says they have to stay at 90% market price. That they have to come in #1 or #2 per 10 vehicles in 500 mile radius. Which in this case is a bunch of bull. Their wasn't another ZDX in 500 mile radius. He offers full engine warranty. I let him know i'd be in 6/23. I made the commute and arrived at noon. I spoke to Cherie before arriving to confirm. After my arrival it went all down hill. I meet John immediately. Am rushed to his cubicle. He ask for my original documents to make copy of. I give them to him. I ask to see the car. 45 minutes had passed. I went on lot & found it myself. After looking it over I make my way back in and wait another 45 minutes. I ask to see the keys,they NEVER brought them. JP says he is finance manager comes out and and says bank denied me and I need 3grand down. Are you serious? I was told I had been aporoved,my credit was 655 upon entering the building. Took 37pt hit after they ran my credit through multiple lenders I suppose. I asked why say i'm approved for $0 and then ask for 3 grand? He gave some spill that its the banks fault. After voicing my frustration,he says if I add my Aunts income they will approve it. She gave her info,an hr later he says it didn't work. He ask if I have anyone else with job,etc. I give two more individuals full info. One makes $4500 a month. John comes back and says none will work. Am I interested in 2013 Altima. NO,I wouldn't have driven 5hrs for a xxxx Altima. This place is full of lies,run around,egotistical men. I will be filing report with Illinois Attorney General office in regards to their shady business tactics. If your going to pay 3 grand down go to a real dealer,with real offices,and real finance team. Not some inhouse financers claiming to be a bank to attempt to swindle people out of more money. I will be leaving this review EVERYWHERE possible in regards to stopping others from wasting their time,gas,commute,& patience! More
