The Best Car Buying Experience Ever My name is Gale Binion, I recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Impala from Elite Motors in Mundelein IL, I live 1hr 30min away from there, My Sales Reps na My name is Gale Binion, I recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Impala from Elite Motors in Mundelein IL, I live 1hr 30min away from there, My Sales Reps name was Chase and my Finance Managers name was Kevin, I have never had a car buying experience like this, they went above and beyond they provided a service that made me so happy to the point that I will never ever go to another dealership, Kevin and Chase provided the the three C's in Customer Service and beyond they are men of their word and to me that is very honorable, they made me an offer I could not refuse everything they said they would do, they did it, they are the bum-diggady in my eyes....note that no other dealership made it happen for me like Kevin and Chase at Elite Motors, Mudelein did, I had not the best credit in the world and I had been trying to buy a car since June 2015 and noone I mean noone got it done for me like Kevin and Chase of Elite Motors of Mundelein did........Love them they did that!!!!!!!! they are the best of the best ............. Once inside I met Steve Hatton who proved to be a knowledgeable and accommodating Sales Associate. His professional and forthcoming demeanor quelled any misgivings I harbored regarding the purchase of a previously owned vehicle -- so much so that three hours later I drove away with one! During the past four weeks I've experienced no quirks or unpleasant surprises in the car's performance. A visit to my mechanic uncovered only routine maintenance issues, all to be expected with a six year old automobile, and none of which have given me cause to regret my original purchasing decision. I remain most satisfied with Elite Motors, and thank Steve in particular for his assistance and patience. More
