I felt comfortable buying a car from here and Rod made the process very easy. He always asked me if I needed anything and if I had any questions they were immediately answered. He even found me some floor mats when there were none in the vehicle. Also, the gentleman that I worked with to finalize the paperwork was very knowledgeable and helpful as well; he was very friendly and made the experience easy and smooth. One bad thing was that the vending machine ate our money and we were not refunded from the dealership, but that was made up with the floor mats and great price! Great coffee too! Thanks Elite Motors! Breaking the Traditional "Dealership" Experience of the Past Shopping for a used car has always been an exciting but at the same time, daunting experience. What I mean is; narrowing down the myriad of brands, s Shopping for a used car has always been an exciting but at the same time, daunting experience. What I mean is; narrowing down the myriad of brands, styles, options and CarFax reports can be a full time job leading up to a purchase decision. The formula at Elite is different than what I have seen to-date with most others in that, they provide the consumer with the tools/information necessary to shop independently through their inventory and are happy to have you test drive. I found, through their website, that a car I have been searching for was on their lot. I stopped by last night to take it for a ride. All salesmen were tied up so I checked with the sales manager as to when I could get access to the car I am interested in. He pulled his newest salesman (Craig) in and I was soon out driving the car (and another one for comparison). Craig was very friendly and helpful and as the lot was closing I pulled the trigger and bought the car. Craig worked with the service group to quickly prep the car for delivery and I was able to drive it home last night. Their expert finish detailer even went the extra mile and repaired a blemish in the finish that I thought would need to be repainted (looks brand new!). To put the icing on the cake, this dealer seems to only add cool, sought-after and interesting vehicles to their inventory. The whole lot is fun to look through. They even worked with me on the price and I feel like we worked out a fair deal. I have been searching for this model/year for 2 months and have driven cars from many other lots in that time. Start by looking through their website but cars come and go fast at this dealer so get in there quick if you see what you are looking for. They always provide the CarFax so read through these carefully to get a sense of the history of the car. I know the ratings I provided on this survey appear high but I was very impressed at how used car shopping has evolved. More
