I bought a MINI cooper I had a problem I bought a car, yes it had 82k miles but I expected an inspected vehicle. I purchased the extended warranty that was recommended. I had a scathing review due to the break down the warranty not covering what I was expecting. This was a stressful experience but my last conversation with the General Manager Steve he had is customer service in place. He helped me, with the difficulties. and got me a better warranty. Best used car experience ever Craig was Great. I looked at four 2004 BMW M3 Convertibles, similar mileage etc., before buying from Elite. Their price wasn't the lowest but was 2nd Craig was Great. I looked at four 2004 BMW M3 Convertibles, similar mileage etc., before buying from Elite. Their price wasn't the lowest but was 2nd best and the car was in the best shape of those I viewed. Craig's service, demeanor and lack of pressure "closed the deal" for me. I wanted to take the car to my Mechanic and he encouraged me on this. That showed me that he was confident of the cars overall condition. Everything Craig told me, after having the car up on the rack and checked by Elite's mechanics was confirmed by my mechanic of 30 years (i.e. almost new front brake and 80% tire life left, etc., no fluid leaks etc.).
