I had been looking for a very specific car since April 2013, a BMW 328i convertible with MSport package fully loaded. I was looking for a low mileage late model version and I quickly discovered that the 2013, a BMW 328i convertible with MSport package fully loaded. I was looking for a low mileage late model version and I quickly discovered that the cars were so rare that I needed to expand my search outside of my city. After a few months of looking in Texas, I decided that I would have to expand my search outside of the state in order to have any hope of finding the car. I was mostly looking at certified preowned cars at BMW dealerships, but after having such a hard time finding options, I eventually started considering cars from independent dealerships. When I first saw my current vehicle, it was advertised on Ebay. It was a different color scheme than I was originally shooting for, silver with red leather, but the car looked so beautiful on the showroom floor of Elite Motors that I was seriously considering it. I checked out the dealership from what I could find online and I called about the car. They were very straightforward with me and assured me that they ship cars out of state all the time. But at that time, I was really antsy about buying a car without being able to see and drive it in person so I decided to wait and continue looking. Well, I continued to check all of my various web sites on a regular basis and had a few deals that I pursued that didn't work out because I was not able to pull the trigger quickly enough on deals out of town. One day, I checked e-bay again and saw the same beautiful car except that now, the price had dropped about $3000 dollars. It was now October and after months of frustration, I decided to jump on this deal. I called up Elite Motors and started talking to Susan M about the car. Although she was new to the dealership, I was impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile in terms of finding out information for me and making me comfortable with doing a deal remotely. Believe me, I had a ton of questions and a ton of requirements. Even after just dropping the price $3K, they were willing to drop it a little more to make me feel good about the deal. I put down a deposit on the car and then we went about all of the arrangements to complete the deal. I hired a company called Lemon Squad to check the car out and they did a great review. The car was in beautiful shape and even though it was a 2011, it went in service in 2012 so even though the car wasn't a CPO like many I had been looking at, it still had the majority of the original manufacturers warranty left. Lemon Squad found only a few cosmetic defects which Elite Motors agreed to fix which made me feel even better about the deal. All paperwork was handled via Fedex and e-mail and Debra, the finance manger at Elite Motors, helped me secure a really good financing deal. They agreed to ship the car from Illinois to Texas for $750. The shipping took about 3 days. The car arrived on a car carrier that was too big to come into my subdivision so the truck driver unloaded the car and drove it to my door step. I immediately took the car to the car wash to wash off the grime from 1200 miles of road and immediately started getting complements on the car. It was even more beautiful than in the pictures and there was not a single thing about the car that did not live up to my expectations. Just a few days ago, I got a call from the title company who Elite uses and they made sure that everything about the out of state title transfer went smoothly. Just today, I took the car to a BMW dealership to have it checked out and have the plates secured and the service guy asked me if the car was new. I was informed that it looked like everything had just been serviced on the car so I was good to go. I love my new car and I am really thankful that I was able to find such a reputable dealership with quality people to help me finally find my dream car! More

So I'm writing this about a USED Car Dealership...never thought that would happen. I went there yesterday to check out 2 cars. Craig, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was attentive a Dealership...never thought that would happen. I went there yesterday to check out 2 cars. Craig, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was attentive and most importantly, NO PRESSURE. After spending time at 5 different dealerships over a 2 days span, I was ready for the full court press of LETS GET THIS DONE TODAY. Couldn't be further from the truth; we took the cars out for test drives (had to drive one of them twice and he didn't care at all and encouraged it actually). I told him my requirements and he came back with a few different scenarios. Ultimately, I did not end up with the car but it had more to do with my personal finances and second thoughts than them. Got a call the second day and they were able to work something out. What was cool: I really only qualified for one car but really wanted the FX35. They noticed it and told me they'd see what they could do. My credit sucks and the deal I ended up ultimately making reflects that but it was MUCH better than what Infiniti and Mercedes were offering with a reputable bank (Wells Fargo). Craig also allowed me to take the car to a mechanic for a Pre-purchase inspection and the car was mint aside from a couple of minor things that are part of getting a used car! The cars: They were impeccable. I mean, the models were 2008 and 2009 and I couldn't spot any flaws. 2009 BMW was tough to let go buy really happy with my FX35. The price: I couldn't even haggle - ethically- because they were the lowest prices I had seen so far. Trade in: Lower than what I hoped for but fair. And honestly with the condition my old car was in, more than fair Finance: Alex - believe that was his name- was great. Came out to explain things and went to bat with the bank for me. The closing: Deborah was awesome. Attentive, quick and honest. Kudos to her for a smooth transaction. All in all, A+ experience. The bigget thing was feeling like they genuinely wanted me to be happy which was great. Craig is very knowledgeable and actually made some reccomendations that were great (get the in/out protection- worth it!!). He also never pressured me, was realistic and answered all my questions. Using the website I found the perfect car for my wife. However, I was about 300 mi from the dealership.
