I believe that upper management failed to recognize the lengthy time that both my wife and I waited for the quote. The rest of of the transactions in purchasing our new car was good. Dennis in finance was also a pleasure to work with, thoroughly describing and helping us select additional items (extended warranty, etc) that were beneficial. Would have given 5 stars, but I've had a few issues with service in the past. I won't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them though. More
