Jesus was incredibly straight forward and warm, making the car buying process pain free and not at all like I was expecting. I would recommend Carr to anyone who is looking to be treated well and not pressured into something they don't want. More

Obviously your out of luck unless you buy from them. I've left complaints with the parts dept. and general managers. Neither of them responded. They are a terrible representative of the GM company and I'll be talking to GM corporate also. Service dept are pompous and don't listen to customers. They are treated as ignorant. More

Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton OR is by far the best. Fernando Jacobo their service manager, makes sure Carr's normal service quality exceeds expectations. The customer experience at Carr is so outstanding, I now schedule my travel to be sure I am near Carr's Beaverton Chevrolet when ever scheduled maintenance is due. More
Slimy move at the end of the sale, didn't end up buying it We got almost to the end of the buying process and this was our second visit to look at a used Honda Pilot. We asked several times if the car was in We got almost to the end of the buying process and this was our second visit to look at a used Honda Pilot. We asked several times if the car was in an accident and they always said "no." Finally in the midst of 20+ signatures a paper appears that says something about full disclosure and a list of repairs done. Things like front hood, passenger right door, driver right door, front radiator mount, front bumper. Pretty obvious to us that the car was in an accident. Three different people there denied it and finally the finance guy said "we don't know, it could have been involved in an altercation." I said that sounds like an accident to me. They continued to deny it. When I asked why they would need to replace the hood they said "maybe someone sat on it, maybe rock chips." I said oh yeah I bet the hood hinges were bad and he shook his head and said yup most likely. So after some research and a chat with Beaverton Honda where we did end up buying our used 2014 Pilot, we learned that they most likely bought the car on auction with the damage and then did all the repairs and put it on their lot. Carfax we learned would not catch the accident since it was purchased from an auction. They wasted 2+ hours of our time and the experience was horrible. It really felt like the slimy used car salesman trick to slip in the "disclosure" form in the midst of all the other important signatures. They knew exactly what they were doing here and I could tell something was up by their nervous behavior leading up to the paper being slipped in. Do not even step foot on their car lot and stay away from Jesus Martinez the salesman that claims he had no idea about the "disclosure." More
Swindled by the best! I recently bought a brand new 2017 Silverado 1500 4x4 LT Z71. I test drove the truck and loved it, and my salesman was pleasant and easy to work with. I recently bought a brand new 2017 Silverado 1500 4x4 LT Z71. I test drove the truck and loved it, and my salesman was pleasant and easy to work with. My issue with this dealership is the fact that I was sold a very expensive extended warranty for my truck under false pretenses. My ultimate goal is to lift my new truck, so when the finance manager (who coincedently quite the same week I emailed Carr Chevy) told me that the extended warranty program they offer covers lifted trucks I was very interested. She explained to me that as long as I got my truck lifted at any shop/dealership that has the Allstate warranty program everything will be covered under warranty. I asked a few follow up questions because I have never come across a warranty program that covers lifted trucks. She promised up and down that the powertrain and all aftermarket lift components would be covered even if I was to get the truck lifted a year down the road. Being in the used car industry for nearly 10 years I never herd of such a thing, so I was blown away by the fact that a warranty would cover a lifted trucks powertrain. I signed up for the 8yrs/100k miles Premium program. The top dog of warranties they offer, even though it raised my monthly payment $40 more a month than I wanted to spend. I asked to get all that information in writing and she told me that I would receive a booklet with all the information. A few weeks later I finally received my booklet and all kinds of information in regards to the warranty program. I flip through the pages and come across the section that talks about lifts. In very clear print it explains that the truck would of had to have been lifted at the time of purchase or before purchase of the warranty for any of the lift equipment and power train to be covered. I immediately call the Allstate phone line to confirm and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to speak to the dealership. I sent a pleasant email asking what my options are, or what we can do to rectify the situation. I sent that email a month ago, and the only contact I have received is a call from their sales team asking if I want to buy another new truck, a bunch of surveys, and a few texts from my salesman who has been acting as a mediary between myself and his management staff. He had originally told me that the upper management called a meeting about the situation calling it a code RED and that they should have an answer for me in a few days (never received any information). I called the dealership several times asking to speak with a finance manager and never received a call back. About 2 weeks ago I decided I didn't want to speak with a finance manager anymore and started requesting to speak with the GM instead. I left several voicemails and yet again got nothing. Now I completely understand how busy a dealership can be especially the higher up you go, so I didn't expect an immediate response, but enough is enough. It has been a month since I made initial contact. I gave the dealership plenty of time to get ahold of me. Maybe with my story on their social media and all the review website I will get an answer. I will update my posts when (or if) I am contacted. More
