This dealership is horrible.. I would never recommend Carr Chevrolet, Carr Nissan or any of their dealerships to anyone.. Their so called "certified"cars are garbage..I bought an Avalanche from them with 80,000 miles for almost 20 grand and in a year both the engine and transmission have had to be replaced at my expense. The workers all the way up to the owners Brad and Chris are as crooked as it gets.. when they got wind of how upset we were over this truck that we have put more into for repairs then we have paid on our loan the owner Brad offered us a $1500 settlement which was to be picked up with our vehicle that just got the engine replaced..but guess what, we got the truck back but not one dime..within a day of having the truck back the check engine light pops on. We had it diagnosed and guess what folks it was due to faulty sensors in the engine that they weren't willing to fix without charging more..we finally had to take it to another auto mechanic shop to get truck in perfect running condition..the people at Carr are xxxxing crooks and no one should ever buy a vehicle from them. Huge mistake to go there for any reason I made the mistake of purchasing a new 2009 Chevy Cobalt from Carr. The salesman was willing to claim that cars were upgradable, which is just a bunc I made the mistake of purchasing a new 2009 Chevy Cobalt from Carr. There discount is not off the sticker price, but an additional small sticker placed next to the sticker price that is at least $3000 above the sticker price found on the Chevy website. Basically, it is a price switching scam. There are no 'deals' at Carr Chevy world. In fact, a local credit union was unable to sell even one Chevy through their car buying programs as a result of Carr Chevy business practices. Additionally, I had to threaten to call the police after my car was damaged while being serviced. I will never do business with Carr again. More
