I purchased a vehicle 60 DAYS ago and still no registration activity. Its like everything has stalled. They made me go thorough two online conferences to correct this problem and they still got it wrong. They're people don't give a Sh#$T about getting it right. I had to correct them on several fronts and still I'm waiting. Also I knew someone that worked at Carvana storage yard and they said that the employees at the yard drive these cars recklessly just to have fun burning out the tires and doing donuts. The company has no control over what goes on with the care of your car or your paper work...I called and had the outlandish experience with one of their customer service representative named Sam. The guy was utterly rude and obnoxious. He would not put me through his supervisor. He just kept reciting the same humdrum line like he was reading it off of some queue card. More
It won’t let me write a review for Carvana in general so this is it, Tempe Carvana wasn’t the issue Carvana itself is. I just bought a 2023 tesla model 3, 3 days ago. First the delayed the car 3 different t this is it, Tempe Carvana wasn’t the issue Carvana itself is. I just bought a 2023 tesla model 3, 3 days ago. First the delayed the car 3 different times it was supposed to come on a Thursday then a Tuesday then finally on a Saturday I had to take time off work in order to be here for the car that I lost money on because they we late. Second there was missing knobs to move the front passenger seat we did a complaint they wanted us to take it to a mom and pop shop and get it replaced… Tesla doesn’t sell their parts to companies so it would have been an off brand one. Third and kinda ironic they gave me a slime trie repair kit incase of flat tire well the only outlet that works with it is a cigarette outlet teslas don’t have that so that’s 100% unusable to me, the ironic part is they gave me the car with a nail in the tire and my psi is at 21 lol now I have to go pay $225 for a new tire that came flat:) Thank you Carvana for making my service with you absolute crap. In other wo It came with a CarFax that was printed out 10,000 miles prior to the delivery to us. The last known title registration was for that time. In other words, it was an old CarFax and the mileage didn't match the history. When asked what service it was in for those 10K miles they would not disclose. On another note and set =back, we asked to title and register the vehicle ourselves. They said we couldn't that they had to. They said they would do that right away. They did not. 3 months into the process, after our temp plate expired, we contacted them and they said they were running behind (3 mos.?!?!?!?) We were told they would send another temp plate but that the license plate should arrive soon. Still no plate. Carvana is easy to purchase from once you get through their process. Their follow through is miserable. More
Don't be fooled by carvana's 150 point inspection brag because their standards for passing are minimal. I bought a 2019 Ford f150. Within first 34 DAYS (important because the cut off is 30 DAYS. Had to re because their standards for passing are minimal. I bought a 2019 Ford f150. Within first 34 DAYS (important because the cut off is 30 DAYS. Had to replace all 4 speakers, brakes and rotors, battery at my expense. They checked the "pass" box on the owner's manual but then add in parentheses "if available". If it's not there, then don't PASS it. Also had a bad cowl panel and needed new filters, all which they claimed "passed." I bought the extended warranty. Guess what? Silver Rock insurance company doesn't cover Those items. Items which shouldn't have passed their 150-point inspection to begin with. So now I'm on the hook and all carvana wants to claim is that they "passed within their parameters." I barely drive anywhere! How could they ALL be bad in 34 days!? Carvana used to be a good place to buy a car, but I guess times are tough now so rather than do right by their LOYAL customers (yes, bought from them before). They'd rather make us choke on their fake inspection process. Warning. Get your new Carvana vehicle to a trusted local mechanic IMMEDIATELY within the first SEVEN days so that you can get out of the deal or before the first 30 days is up if you'd like to keep it but have the issue's covered. It took me 34 days to uncover all these things gradually. I missed out by FOUR DAYS and rather than admit they are at fault, they decided to blame ME for not noticing these things sooner! UNBELIEVABLE! More

Went back to dhow them about 2 hours later and “my ticket has been closed out” and submit a ticket with silverrock. Well silverrock says no it has to come from carvana and nope carvana is not paying for it. Just went from being an advocate to frustrated over a $100 windshield. More
I’ve purchased two vehicles with Carvana and the first one was an amazing process, car was perfect but unfortunately it got totaled so I decided to go with Carvana again and purchased the same car just a one was an amazing process, car was perfect but unfortunately it got totaled so I decided to go with Carvana again and purchased the same car just a year newer because I loved the car I’d had. Within one month of having the new car, less than 1,000 miles driven, the turbo started cutting out and check engine light came on with a code for turbo under boost and the engine had a slight knock that a car with only 47000 miles shouldn’t have. Carvana put an oil change sticker on the window to have it done again at 51000 miles, I took it in at 48000 to have it serviced and it took the guy underneath over 20 minutes just to get the filter off, the battery was a FACTORY FORD battery about 6 years old, the engine air filter was way past due and the cabin air filter was completely black. The inspection they claim they do was NOT done properly on this car. I had to wait to get it into the shop for the turbo, and the week prior to getting it in, it started missing/stuttering in 2nd 3rd and 4th gear around 2800 rpm. It had gotten to the point that I was afraid to drive it and wound up parking it til I could get it to the shop. The day I went to take it in, it wouldn’t even start, only cranked. After about an hour I barely got it started and to the shop who also had issues starting it. They weren’t comfortable with solving the issue so they sent it to ford who found a major engine wiring harness failure. Because ford is “out of network”, I had to pay a deductible on the repairs and had the car back less than two weeks and the same turbo issue started again. I spoke to Carvana about it and even though ford just had it, I’d have to pay another deductible for them to get it back in the shop. The lady I spoke with was not very helpful, and told me to take it elsewhere and hope the warranty covers it. I paid for the extra warranty for a reason, and that warranty covers the engine/transmission/drivetrain and the turbo is part of what should be covered. All of this and I have put only 4000 miles on this car in the 4 months I’ve had it. The mechanics that are “in network” don’t seem to want to do work required for repairs. I loved Carvana my first time using them but do not recommend after this second round. More
I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass with close to 60K miles from Carvana in February 2023. I was told by my significant other that the tires needed to be replaced (how did they pass inspection?). In March 2023 from Carvana in February 2023. I was told by my significant other that the tires needed to be replaced (how did they pass inspection?). In March 2023 the rack and pinion had to be replaced (how did that pass inspection?), luckily that bill was covered under the extended warranty. In August 2023 I started experiencing issues with the Transmission control module (check engine light came on), and there was a coolant leak issue going on (how did that pass inspection?). In December 2023 the brake caliper came off while I was driving (how did that pass inspection?), which could have caused a major car accident. The repair bill to replace one brake caliper was over $400. In March 2024 I was informed by the Jeep Dealer Service Center that my engine needs to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $12,000 to replace the engine. The moral of my story is I was sold a LEMON!! Whoever performed the 150 point check INSPECTION did not accurately and honestly identify the aforementioned mechanical issues. I contacted Carvana to address my concerns and guess what? I was told by the Support agent Athena, Carvana is no longer responsible for this issue. I’m outside of their warranty coverage plan, and they can’t override the policy. I have so much supporting evidence / information to provide to the Better Business Bureau. I only had my vehicle for 1 year, and I am experiencing so much financial and mental distress, due to the aforementioned mechanical issues. It is extremely unfair that I am now out of a vehicle, that was used for work, and to transport my children around. Above all of this, I am financing this vehicle with a monthly payment of $595. I won’t get much for it, if traded in, and there’s still a significant balance owed on the loan. If I give the vehicle back to the finance company Bridgecrest, repossession will be added on my credit report. More
If I could give zero stars, I would! I was approved for financing, had a date and time set up to pick the vehicle up, only to be told that I had to produce a cell phone bill in my name t I was approved for financing, had a date and time set up to pick the vehicle up, only to be told that I had to produce a cell phone bill in my name that matched my number. Well, my bill is in my wife’s name and bc it doesn’t list my name anywhere on the bill, they cancelled my purchase. I have never witnessed such xx in my life!! They had no problem taking my down payment, or the auto insurance policy which was also in my wife’s name, primarily. This “seamless” process is a crock of crap. Idk what the heck having a cell phone bill in my name has to do with my ability to pay - oh, wait. Yes I do. It has NOTHING to do with it! Buyer beware, before you get your hopes up like I did. Now I have no way to get to work next week, since my wife starts a new job and we only have one car between us. I guess I’ll be getting fired. Thanks for nothing, Carvana! :( More
