Hard to say! I brought my old car in for service as I always do they diagnosed my car and said that it would cost more to fix the car then what the car was worth. I brought my old car in for service as I always do they diagnosed my car and said that it would cost more to fix the car then what the car was worth. So management said to me when you are ready to buy a new car come back to castle and we will take care if you. I did come back and I purchased a used car with under 50000 miles. The car had little things wrong with it and they fixed those things. But no one offered an extended warranty to me and I thought that was very thoughtless of the salesman and management. I spoke with management about having a remote starter put on the car I purchased since my car I traded had a remote starter! Management answered once for me never answered again. The next time I purchase a car it won't be from castle and I will not be recommending any of my family or friends to castle. My family thought I was crazy for buying my car from castle after no one offered an extended warranty to me. Instead of trying to make the sale make sure you are there to really help the customer. I could have went anywhere to buy a car but I chose castle. I guess it is what it is. More

Trade in and used car purchase My wife and I decided to downsize a vehicle from an SUV to a sedan, and she shopped around online looking for the best deals. After the online search she found 4 vehicles to go look at. We started at Castle and liked the 2013 Mercedes Benz C300, but decided to continue the search since there were other options. We spent the afternoon driving to various dealerships to end up returning to Castle. The process was good and they worked with is to get us in the car we wanted.
