I just purchased a vehicle here and am so glad I found the car, but had a horrible customer experience. The car I wanted was tough to find, so I drove 90 minutes each way to test drive it. We were told th the car, but had a horrible customer experience. The car I wanted was tough to find, so I drove 90 minutes each way to test drive it. We were told that we would be able to put the car on a lift to inspect underneath, but when we got there at our scheduled time, we were then informed that the mechanics had already left for the day and the bay was closed. When we later expressed concern about a noise in the front end, we were told it could be addressed by the remaining manufacturer’s warranty, which still had about a year on it; after we paid our down payment and went to sign final docs, though, we were told that there was no remaining warranty and we should purchase warranty from them. Salesman said he had been “guessing” that there was a year left on manufacturer’s. Brian, the man who seemed to be in charge of upgrade sales and paperwork, was extremely condescending, especially when we expressed frustration over being misled about the warranty; he asked why we would drive 90 minutes out here and then pass on the car because of a warranty we didn’t even initially know it had. I explained that we had heard a noise in the car and weren’t able to use the lift we reserved to check it out and asked if he could understand how that makes the manufacturers warranty an important factor, to which he responded, “No, not really.” We did end up having 3 months of warranty left to get the noise addressed and did purchase the car, but our business didn’t seem to have any value to the staff and we were repeatedly misled and brushed off. If I had the option to get that car elsewhere I absolutely would have, and I recommend anyone with the option to shop somewhere else do so More

I had good experience at castle gmc dealership on I had good experience at castle gmc dealership on 1/13/20 until i signed on the dotted lines. When i test drove the 2017 dodge ram pickup that i b I had good experience at castle gmc dealership on 1/13/20 until i signed on the dotted lines. When i test drove the 2017 dodge ram pickup that i bought that day. the trucks gas gage was reading on empty and the sales man Che said that he will fill the tank up if i bought the truck and i did but when i left they only filled it up to a half of tank so i didn't appreciate Che saying one thing and i get another. Also after the test drive my wife asked Che if there was a second key and of course we didn't get an answer till we had signed all the paperwork and we were ready to leave when we were told that there is no 2nd key and that we can just buy one at a dodge dealership. I know that these issues might seem minuscule and petty but the key cost about $300 and the gas thing really irks me. I was down $350 extra before i left the dealership, so make sure that you get everything on paper before you sign on the dotted line. And "GM" Mr. Owens it would've been nice if you could've responded to my email instead of ignoring it. More
