I had a very mediocre experience with this service. They sent me a video pointing out the damage, but they completely missed several key areas. The additional $998 charge felt like just another money grab. I had to follow up multiple times to get things done, which was frustrating. Overall, it was more hassle than it was worth. While their inventory is decent, I would recommend looking elsewhere if possible. More

Stan did the bare minimum. The experience he gave with along with his manager was unacceptable. We bought a hybrid electric car, the dealer-certified charging cord was missing The experience he gave with along with his manager was unacceptable. We bought a hybrid electric car, the dealer-certified charging cord was missing from the car, they hesitated about providing a charger for the vehicle at all. They then refused to buy a dealer-certified charger and instead gave me a aftermarket charger and a cheap, inexpensive 2nd market charger. Truly a turn-and-burn mentality agent and dealership. Commission breath from a mile away. Stan promised to have the chip in the windshield of the vehicle fixed….he did not deliver on that as I am still driving with a cracked windshield. Stan also assured me a scratch on the rear driver side would be buffed out, he assured me he would personally buff it out. The scratch he assured me would come out, did not. False promise after false promise. The manager lied about the carfax to my face. Intentionally did not disclose the truth to specific questions I asked about the ownership history and remarks on the vehicle. An absolutely dreadful experience all-around with Stan. More

The price was a great deal for sure, the car was loaded with extra's yet they still had a great price that did't raise the price of the vehicle. When I texted them or e-mailed them the responded quickly answered all of my questions. I really liked the detailing price for life option. The extended warranty company they use is All-State insurance. I'm hope if I do have to use it that it will be a great program. All-State is a big great company so I don't for see any issues with them. The extended warranty was pricey to be honest but gives me the piece of mind I need in this investment. They were able to adjust my warranty to make sure that it should cover me through out my coverage of my loan. I would highly recommend working with Robert and Benz and Beemer. I had a great experience with them. More

This was definitely my best experience so far buying a car (54 yo). I have never gotten out of a dealer in less than 3 hours even when paying cash. This was less than an hour and when I came back to pi car (54 yo). I have never gotten out of a dealer in less than 3 hours even when paying cash.
