We are local and purchased a used 2006 330i. The sales experience was excellent, with no pressure. The car was priced well although they did tack on a tint and etching fee. Kelly Blue book showed the car experience was excellent, with no pressure. The car was priced well although they did tack on a tint and etching fee. Kelly Blue book showed the car at 25k and we paid the internet price of 19.9k so I wasn't really too bothered with the added fees. A carfax was provided. We also ended up trading in our old car and they gave us what I felt was a fair amount. They also had swapped out the rims and tires for a nicer set. I requested the OEM rims be put back on as shown on the internet listing but they could not find them so we agreed to buy the upgraded rims/tires at a reduced price. I had done my homework and the price was cheaper than what I could have gotten them for from one of the many internet tire/rim dealers. We did arrange our own financing as they were unable to match or beat the advertised rate on our credit unions website. The car also only came with one keyfob but they called a few days later and had found the spare which I am sure saved us a couple hundred vs. buying an extra one from the dealer. All in all it was one of the best sales experiences compared to my past dealings with some of the other local dealerships. My advice to anyone who buys a used car: do your homework. Look up a carfax and blue book values and decide what the car is worth to you. Also inspect it closely or pay someone to inspect it. I personally would never buy a car sight unseen but if you are going to do it you better do your homework. FWIW total time to buy the car from test drive to leaving the lot was about three hours. I'd give them another shot if I were in teh market again, I cannot say this about any of the 4 other dealerships I have bought cars from in the past 10 years. More
These people are scam artists! I looked over their website and it says that all cars are covered by a 30 day warranty and no pressure sales. So I send them an email interested in a BMW and as soon website and it says that all cars are covered by a 30 day warranty and no pressure sales. So I send them an email interested in a BMW and as soon as they call me on Monday they start pressuring me to buy by offering a great deal on shipping and then when I agree and gave them my CC #. The games began! They tried to get me to pay for window etch and tints. Window etch is done free by my police department and with tinted windows the car won't pass inspection. Then the car arrived a week later and it was a lemon! The odometer read more than 500 miles above the odometer statement and shipping took more than expected. So that ate into the 15 day/500 mile Arizona Lemon Law. I complained to Jack the owner, and the local business association. They offered me $500 to go away, and I'm stuck with this lemon! It has a bad cylinder, headlights are not stable in their housings, the cooling fan is missing blades, the emergency tools are missing, has an oil leak, the interior console is so damaged that it looks like the radio was previously stolen, sound system and on-board computer doesn't work, upholstry is sagging, moonroof does not work, headlights and steering don't work properly, and the tires were bald, amongs other things, which were never disclosed by the dealer. The paperwork was also something to question. Upon buying the car they quote me one price and then the price was inflated on the paperwork. It included the fee that the credit card charges them to process a payment, and it was passed on to me! They rolled it into the price of the car! Which is very illegal. Again the Odometer statement was wrong and the paper work was dated a whole week before delivery took place! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! More
First off I traded in a car with them. They did a carfax on my car and it turns out it was in an accident. Well they talked my car way down and said they wouldnt even be able to sell my car on there lot. on my car and it turns out it was in an accident. Well they talked my car way down and said they wouldnt even be able to sell my car on there lot. So I went ahead and traded it in. I came in the next week and my car was for sale on there lot. Funny that they told me they wouldnt be able to sell it on there lot. Talk about shady. Well once my new car was purchased they were no help to me. The car I purchased was suppose to have 110 point inspection and a 90 day warranty. I dont know who performed the inspection but they didnt do a good job. The tires were bald and they didnt want to replace them. I told them if they didnt replace the tires they could have the car back, so in the end they ended up replacing them. Then I took the car into the infiniti dealership a few months later for an oil change and they told me the belts are in really bad condition and need to be replaced. Well supposely they have a 90 day warranty but obviously that doesnt apply to my car. All and all these guys are like every shady dealership out there. They are there just to make a quick buck and don't care about the customer. More
