The cars are great, it's the whole sales process from getting sold by the sales rep. and the back and forth with the sales rep and management (which I can not stand and have a feeling many people feel the same way I do) I just want to get a great car for a great price period. No fluff, no extras, no pushy sales guys. I am ecstatic to say that I didn't feel that way at all at Certified Benz & Beemer. The approach was completely different and the environment made me very comfortable and unintimidated. JP was incredible from locating the car, to being very knowledgable, to working with me on the negotiation. He is a straight shooter and very easy to work with. Found the vehicle on the internet and dealt with Mike over the phone to conclude the purchase. Mike was very helpful and kept me informed and followed up on all my questions. Normand Neal was very easy to deal with and Chris (whose last name I've forgotten - apologies)breezed us through the financing process. The car was clean and gassed and ready to go when I was. I am recommending Benz & Beemers to anyone who even mentions that they might be looking for a car. This is the first place you need to go (and I guarantee you won't need to look any further)!
