There is no better feeling then dropping your car off and knowing its going to be well taken care of. Owning a BMW can be expensive as I found out going to the dealership, BUT Certified has made it pleasura knowing its going to be well taken care of. I know that they are only going to fix things that need to be fixed and/or suggest the things that are most important. I do not have to worry I'm going to have a $2,000 service bill every time I walk out of there like I have experienced in the past with other dealers. Everyone is friendly, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty... from giving me a loaner if needed and/or dropping my off at the airport if I'm leaving my car. Before I purchased my Lexus last week, I had the vehicle evaluated by my own mechanic for my own peace of mind. The response from my mechanic was that the vehicle was sound but it could use a transmission service and an engine oil change. Barry Bridges, my sales rep, included that in the final deal. I had this work performed earlier this week. In addition, the AM portion of the radio had a weak signal. Stacey in service agreed to evaluate the antenna and it turns out there was a loose connection. Problem solved! The process was fast, painless, and professional! Well done Stracey. More

I purchased a 3 series from this dealership 2 years ago and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little ab and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little about cars, and my experience purchasing this vehicle was great. I wasn't pressured, I got a fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the new car, good financing, and an easy process overall with people who were more than willing to take time to explain whatever I had questions about. While I had a great experience purchasing my car, the real reason I will be a repeat customer of this dealership is because of the service team. Bryan has patiently answered a barrage of questions from me and has always given me an honest opinion and a fair quote on services that are needed. I've taken my car into CBB to check out service lights, or reset my oil change reminder, or ask questions about quotes I'd received from other mechanics... and they've handled these as a courtesy to me, the customer (while the "big box" dealerships, who treat you as invisible unless you're looking to buy a car, were quoting me $90 to do the same thing). These guys repeatedly demonstrate that CBB operates with honesty and integrity, and that they care about creating lifetime customers. I love my 3 series and when I want to trade up in a couple of years (and I will, I love driving a BMW), I won't be going to BMW of North Scottsdale, I will be going to Certified Benz and Beemer. Bryan made several accomodations for me and went out of his way to attend to some special requests. Bryan allowed me to speak directly with the mechanic who worked on my car and I found him to be a top-notch technician. I was treated like I was a valued customer. I went to Benz and Beemer to drop off my CL500 for a scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automo scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automobiles. The one the caught my attention was a 2007 all black SL550! What a beauty. I wasn't really in the buying mood, but I just had to get a closer look at that SL. Jeff and I went out on a test drive - so much fun! I wanted to show the car to my wife (and kids), so Jeff let me take the car home for the evening. After spending some time the the car, I ultimately decided not to purchase it. I know that was a let down to Jeff, but he did not pressure me whatsoever. Jeff knows that I some day I will be replacing my CL. When I do, I will certainly be purchasing from Jeff. I've purchased two cars from Benz and Beemer and I just can't say enough good things about everyone there! Jack, the owner, is extremely personable. Chris, finance, is there to help anyway he can to make the deal work for everyone. Bryan and Bill in service top notch and trustworthy. And now, I've met Jeff. When I was checking out I had forgot to mention that I was having a problem with my sun roof and he had a gentman by the nam just a joy to work with. Called up to see if I could get in for a oil change same day and they were able to do it while I waited. Price was fair and the people were friendly. Spoke with Bryan last week to get a quote on replacing the brakes on my Bmw. Not only did he have the best price, he also got me in and out the next day. And to top it off Bill the technician even showed the brakes on my Bmw. Not only did he have the best price, he also got me in and out the next day.
