Made an online appointment which was very easy. Was having a rattle and looseness from the steering. Dropped car off very quickly and was set up for a loaner and was given a LOADED GMC SUV which w Was having a rattle and looseness from the steering. Dropped car off very quickly and was set up for a loaner and was given a LOADED GMC SUV which was much nicer than my Bolt. Service advisor Dan was very prompt and kept me informed on the progress and let me know my repair was complete and they double checked to verify the noise and steering issue was resolved. Went to pick up my car and they had brought it up right away to find it was washed including the mats. Getting my car back repaired correctly and cleaner than when I brought it in was a plus. A few days later they contacted me as usual to verify everything was ok. They exceed my expectations every time and I let their service manager Tom know everything was great, More
