I went to CarMax in Kenosha to sell our old car. CarMax had offered us $9,500 but we needed to find a new car first. I just did not have a good feeling so went on Kelly Blue Book to see what the car was worth and got an immediate pop up window from Michelle Rendall at The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff with an offer. I admit that I was a tad suspicious at first but after I talked to her on the phone I decided to go to Lake Bluff on the way home. We met with Michelle and she could not have been nicer. This was the easiest process ever. She appraised our used car and made an offer. Michelle was very professional and made the entire transaction easy. We walked out less than an hour later with a check in hand. We were very satisfied by Michelle and the dealership. There was no pressure! I would strongly recommend The Chevy Exchange and Michelle Rendall in Lake Bluff if you are selling your used car or buying a new car. More
