Decent commutation. Fast response time to questions. Price was average. Arrived in good shape (so far). Still a little bit early to see what service will be like down the road. Bernie is good with customer service, so I'd recommend giving him a try if you struggle with poor customer service elsewhere. The car could have been cleaner. It arrived dirty.
