Awesome service! I received awesome service! They repaired an older vehicle that is having lots of issues. They made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the repairs I received awesome service! Gus was normally the Service Representative that assisted me with oil changes, and an issue with the low tire indicator coming on. This time, Gus was unavailable, so Nick assisted me with the tire issue. Persistence was the name of the game this time. After several visits with the same issue, not only did they provide me with a vehicle while the car was in the shop, but went above and beyond the care that has been given me with prior car dealerships. This was an unusual circumstance, and the owner, service manager and Nick went what is my opinion the best care a customer could ever expect. I am so pleased with their care, concern and resolve. Rapid help, friendly staff I had to stop at Classic due to electrical sensor issues caused by a flat tire the prior evening. I was back on my way within 2 hrs even though I was told that the job itself would take 30-40 minutes . The dirt was rinsed off my car and I was given a needed and installed front license plate holder( although it had the Classic Honda name as advertisement) . I was pleased by the cleanliness of all the facility I was able to observe and use including the waiting room being so modern and clean and spacious and having bottled water and great coffee available. The website is excellent and easy to use to sched appt and it is great to get the reminder on email and text. I like Joey's TV media presence and professional demeanor. Nick is very good at what he does as well as courteous. More

My Experience At first I felt like I was kind of on my own, but after using a new, clean loaner vehicle and being pleasantly surprised to get my freshly vacuumed & At first I felt like I was kind of on my own, but after using a new, clean loaner vehicle and being pleasantly surprised to get my freshly vacuumed & washed car back all I could do was smile. It was the small things they did, along with the wash my license plate had been bent it had a new plate frame. Proud to have it on my car Midland Honda.
