I purchased a 2022 Kia Stinger from Coral Springs Kia on 8/18/2021. After agreeing on a monthly payment of $450 with the sales manager I went to the finance department where I met Luis Infante, the business 8/18/2021. After agreeing on a monthly payment of $450 with the sales manager I went to the finance department where I met Luis Infante, the business manager. We discussed various "add-ons" and although I never add any, he convinced me to add the "Road Hazzard". He stated my payment would increase only $7 a month so for a 6 year loan that total cost should be $504. The next morning I looked over the paperwork only to see that he charged me $920 and it was for just two years of coverage. I called and asked what happened and he refused to admit he charged more and could not even explain it just that I could cancel. I said that I wanted to cancel at that time and he said I could but because the loan was processed the $920 would go back to the bank as a credit towards my loan. I sent him the cancelation form on 8/18/2021 and waited. On 9/20/2021, I called the warranty company and they said Luis never even sent the form until 9/19 most likely so he could get the kick back for me choosing the "Road Hazzard" I emailed many times to Luis, of which he rarely responds, to ask where my money was. He never has an answer just that "It was sent to the bank". He would not give me his manager's info either. It is now 11/12/2021 and I have yet to see the credit from my loan. Luis is very shady and I would never ever buy again from this dealer and I hope others avoid it also. More
