Where do I start?. Luis and as great but everything else was disappointing. I like my car but their service is questionable. The manager pretty much pressure me to purchase. But in fact they didn't. First I lost my $350 glasses I called rght after I left the dealership. And they try to say that I didn't have my glasses. When I know I drove there with them. Also they coach you to answer this review so they can get pay. I don't that was legal but they didn't stop calling. Until I did it. And of course I had to do their way. Now I just found out they didn't send the paperwork on time to my previous finance company. So I'm stock and paying too cars. So technically I'm paying over 1000 dollars this month because of them. I do not recommend this dealer. And I'm sorry for the sales man he's a good guy but the rest of the team is just horrible More

Leased a car from them; when lease was six months about to come due I started getting phone call messages and emails at least weekly from very friendly and wanting to be helpful sales associates: Inviting to come due I started getting phone call messages and emails at least weekly from very friendly and wanting to be helpful sales associates: Inviting me to visit the showroom, try a test drive of the latest model - really helpful and courteous folks! And then I would return their phone calls and emails and let them know I intended to buy-out my lease with my own financing, and those same folks suddenly disappeared. I returned emails and left several voice messages with salesperson after salesperson, but once they learned my plan not one of them had the professional courtesy to call or email me back. If the fragile little salespeople couldn't earn a commission off of me they ignored me like I was a leper from a third world country. Disgusting professionalism. Aside from their disregard for me selecting one of the options they offer (buying out your lease) I endured and eventually did make the purchase...I think. See, in the end, the finance department - although a nice girl, Anna, - they are incapable of providing a receipt of payment, an invoice showing payment received, nothing. Imagine that, you give a business over $17K and that business doesn't have the intellectual capital to figure out how to provide their customer with proof that they made payment. It's quite mind boggling. Oh, and also, prior to going in to pay off the lease, I called Kia Finance and learned the buyout was $13900. When presented with the paperwork it suddenly shows $14500. Down right criminal - but I was so furious and done with the dealership at that point I accepted it just so I could get away from them. My recently graduated son has saved $14k from his job and is a couple months away from buying his first car. Hello Al Hendrickson Toyota, buy-buy CSAM. On the flip side, while I was leasing the car and I brought it in for service, I had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. In all fairness, I will give appropriate credit, and the service department was always excellent. More
