Non return of down payment I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The fourth time I was asked to return the car because the bank decided not to honor the loan due to I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The fourth time I was asked to return the car because the bank decided not to honor the loan due to a Gap claim dispute. We were told we would receive our down payment back, but when I called the day the check was supposed to be ready, the finance manager Petri Seppanen said the car was damaged. When we returned the car, our salesman, Orlando Prieto checked the car and the mileage, so any damage to the car happened after we left. Mr. Seppanen refuses to answer my calls. I contacted Kia Customer Service 3 times and no one there cares enough to call back. Congratulations, Coral Springs Kia, you have successfully cheated a disabled senior citizen who is trying to survive on widow benefits More

Still Waiting for my Money!! I purchased a new car from the dealership earlier this year. The purchase went well. People will not return my call and I can't leave a voice message since everyone's voice mail is full. If I don't get my check by tomorrow. I will hire my attorney to file a lawsuit. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Their customer service is the worst. More
