I WAS RESISTANT TO BUY ANYTHING AS SOON AS I WALKED IN PARKING LOT, BUT RICH WAS VERY WELCOMING AND AFTER A COUPLE RICH KEMP WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL. Friendly & Excellent Customer Service I recently went to Kia to do my second lease on a Kia Optima, my sales person was Orlando Prieto who I highly recommend if you are looking for a Kia. I recently went to Kia to do my second lease on a Kia Optima, my sales person was Orlando Prieto who I highly recommend if you are looking for a Kia. He is such a nice person and easy to talk with, apart from that, he helped me to find my near car and got the best deal for me!! He did not pressure me at any time, but showed me several cars so I had my options. My finance guy, Richard, was also very nice and handled my paperwork quickly. I love my new optima and the new color graphite that Orlando suggested I get instead of white again!! More
