I scheduled my oil change appointment and showed up and they took my car. I was there for an oil change, which took nearly 2.5 hours. This wouldn’t have been a problem most days, however, I had an appoin they took my car. I was there for an oil change, which took nearly 2.5 hours. This dealership knowingly sold me a used vehicle infested with German Cockroaches. When I called to inform them of this and insisted on them paying for the extermination of these disease carrying creatures with German Cockroaches. When I called to inform them of this and insisted on them paying for the extermination of these disease carrying creatures from my vehicle, the PreOwned Car Lot manager, Nicos (may not be spelling his name correctly), proceeded to tell me to bring the vehicle in for his detailer to rid the car of the infestation. I let him know that a detailer isn't the person to rid the car of these insects, and that a certified exterminator would be, I was met with him repeating himself by telling me to bring the vehicle in for his detailer to take care of the issue. After going back and forth several times, he hung up the phone. I called back to speak with his manager, and was, of course, met with a voicemail. I left a message, and of course, the call hasn't been returned. This, on top of the fact that the vehicle didn't include a spare tire, a jack, nor a front driver's side matching "Soul" floor mat. When asked about those items, I was told that they weren't going to provide these standard items (one of which is for safety). I was also told that most cars don't come with spare tires, nor jacks and that they come with Fix-A-Flat. Mind you, this car has an area specifically for a spare tire. I am now not able to utilize the back trunk area because there is no support for the floor piece to rest on. My husband both purchased cars here with cash so I guess because we aren't in debt to them that they don't care. I won't ever do business with this dealership again. More
I called a few days ago to ask if the 2024 Sorento Prestige model had arrived. I pressed #2 for sales and got Jelena. She said yes, the gas model, not the hybrid, was there, both the SX Prestige and Prestige model had arrived. I pressed #2 for sales and got Jelena. She said yes, the gas model, not the hybrid, was there, both the SX Prestige and the SX Prestige Pro. Those were the models I was interested in. I called again today to verify if the 2 Suv's were still there. I spoke with Jelena again and she gave me the colors and the sticker prices. I made an appointment to be there in abourt 45 min. She said to ask for her. When I arrived and asked for her they referred me to another salesperson. NEITHER Suv was there or available. They would not get those models for another month or so. They said Jelena was not there to speak with her. They tried to sell me another car. This was a lie and a ploy to get me to drive 45min and try to sell me another car. I called the number again to speak with Jelena. I called several times. She was either busy or it went to voice mail. They said the would have her call me. She never did. This dealership represents what the steriotypical car salesman/car dealership. Stay away. They are liers and try to get you into the showroom to sell you anything other than what you want. And, Dear Sales Manager, no need to give apologies. Just try to treat people honestly and fairly. More
