It seems that there is a miscommunication we have a fully capable service department and have done many services similar to this. Please note our detailer station is part of the service department he would be the one that does all the treatment for all vehicles. Nico the manager (per standard process) has offered for you to bring the vehicle in for assessment and treatment. You refused. To clarify Most newer vehicles do not come with spare tires kia vehicles do not come with a spare this is directly from the manufacturer. Kia has replaced spare tire with Tire Mobility Kit in its place (How can we as a dealer provide one?) Our offer still stands as you can reach out directly to the service department, we would be happy to help. Please note our offer to treat the vehicle stands for 30 days. I was not explained that your detailer could handle an extermination of pests. I was spoken to in a matter of fact manner. With not being told this information it is safe to say that anyone being told that a car detailer was going to handle an extermination request would assume that a detailer would handle car detailing. The two are very different functions. No matter anyway. I had an exterminator rid my vehicle of the roaches and I have traps spread throughout. This still doesn’t negate the fact that I was sold a vehicle without a spare tire, a car jack, and a driver’s side floor mat, at the very least, most importantly the spare should have been given.
