He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the product and willing to take extra steps to make us comfortable. He presented us with the best deal and from there we worked out a solution to the car that fit my needs the best. He asked questions about what I wanted in my car and chose cars that matched this, (even in color!), to test drive. I recently graduated from college and my parents were looking for a safe, reliable car to get me through graduate school and to begin my career in. Mike listened to what we wanted and delivered. He helped us work with the financing department to get what we needed, including setting up a rebate for college graduates. He really went above and beyond. He even had the radio station I said I preferred playing in the car when I got in! I'm the oldest, my parents will be looking at cars in the future for my younger siblings. We'll be calling uncle Mike! More

He not only answered all of my questions with complete honesty, but he treated me like a real person, not simply another sale. He was knowlegable about the cars and helped me find exactly what I needed and at the price that was better than expected. I really felt as though he, along with the rest of the staff at Coral Springs Kia, really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. USES VETERANS & MILITARY TO BAIT & SWITCH CAR BUYERS! I called about an advertised car with an advertised special lease. 3 of 3 times I called asking for the Internet sales manager, Gary, as BUYERS! I called about an advertised car with an advertised special lease. 3 of 3 times I called asking for the Internet sales manager, Gary, as the ad directed, each time I was not connected to him. Each time I asked specifically what my due at signing would be & If there are ANY hidden terms. Even when the Internet sales-manager, Gary, did call me, I was not given any other information. I asked my sister to sign for me, she gave all the credit info, she was approved and then I was told that this special lease-offer required me to be a recent college grad, (within 2 yrs), AND a member of the military! Suddenly the lease exploded in price. I would be required to add thousands in deposit or double my payment. Its disgusting that I asked specific questions many times but only when I was ready to go get my car was the true cost to me revealed by Gary, the internet sales-manager. I was told that it says in fine print the buyer must qualify for any incentives. I explained that I called specifically about that and that info was not shared until after credit was approved. Its exactly the shady car salesmen stereotype. The ad does not celebrate the incentive to VETERANS rather it uses it to bait people hoping that at the final minute they will suffer the added cost rather than starting the car search over. Please do not support this dealership whose tactics are designed to take advantage of the customer. More
