Coral Springs Kia

I got my Kia 3 years ago as a lease from Coral Springs. 8 months before the car lease was up, this dealership had multiple sales people call me and text me NON-STOP. I felt like I was being harassed. Even 8 months before the car lease was up, this dealership had multiple sales people call me and text me NON-STOP. I felt like I was being harassed. Even when I asked them to please stop calling me, they would continue. I was interrupted almost daily while at work. Finally, when I was ready to handle the end of lease and buyout my car, I took a day off work. Mind you, I am in Homestead and made the over hour drive to Coral Springs. I sat down ready to handle all the paperwork with an associate. Suddenly, another man comes and tells the sales associate that they cannot help me. I was kicked out of the dealership due to a personal issue they had with my step-father, who had absolutely NOTHING to do with what I needed. My step-father had sued them and WON for a shady deal they were trying to complete. That alone should tell you that the sales associates working here, care about nothing except their commission. They are not looking out for your best interest, they will rip you off. But this had nothing to do with me, and it is unacceptable and unprofessional that they turned away servicing me. I felt completely disrespected after they harassed me for MONTHS to come in to end the lease. I will NEVER come here again and I recommend you also consider this before making a deal. More
