The amazing professionals I had the pleasure of working there with are : Robert Buchanan, Sales Manager Krystie Zhang, Business Manager Michael Disogra, Sales Consultant I purchased this vehicle from across the country, sight unseen. To make it further complicated, I had 2 trades ! Being retired from the automotive industry and having owned dealerships, I realized the logistical problem of what I wanted to accomplish. Mike, Krystie & Rob communicated fantastic with each other and myself, no aggravation what so ever ! These professionals made it an easy, pleasant transaction. I had my new Trofeo within a few days ! Karifa and Krystie were amazing to work with. They helped me in my decision to get a fully loaded Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport. This was hands down the best dealer experience I have ever had in my many years me in my decision to get a fully loaded Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport. This was hands down the best dealer experience I have ever had in my many years of leasing and buying cars. Karifa is a gentleman and family man who is personable and really knows his cars. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, walked into the door, and left with a great deal, I felt very welcome. Krystie was wonderful as well. She made the whole lease process super smooth. These guys are an excellent team, and it shows in their communication with each other and how they handle their clients. I was very happy and fortunate in being taken care of by them. I highly recommend Karifa when stopping in to view an Alfa or Maserati. This is the best dealership in the area hands down. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thank you so much! More

Brought my giulia I had just bought in on Saturday for an oil change and inspection. The oil change was unbelievably pricey, but they did do the inspection for free, which I appreciate. The service advisors were particularly personable and made me feel quite welcome and not just a “number.” There’s even a window in the waiting room where you can watch them work in the service bay. Very plush and upscale dealership in general. Everything on the lot is eye candy. A very interesting but pleasant experience. Well worth the drive. My only gripe is why 5.5 quarts of oil plus a filter is $385. But the intervals are long enough to offset this some. Overall the car seems worth it to own so far, so I’ll take it with a grain of salt. Will definitely be back at Criswell Maserati/AR for my future services. Just make sure you call well in advance for an appointment! More
