Best car buying experience ever Just leased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Criswell Germantown and love it. Due to my budget constraints I wasn’t sure I could get one. Spoke to two Just leased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Criswell Germantown and love it. Due to my budget constraints I wasn’t sure I could get one. Spoke to two other Alfa dealers first and it was looking bleak, even after a lot of back n forth negotiating. I had a max price I could do and they made it seem impossible. About to give up, I tried Criswell as they had many in stock that I liked (Great selection btw! They really know how to order their vehicles with the optimal options and colors etc). I made an online inquiry and Karifa called me right away. I explained my situation and max price. He told me he’d try and would get back to me soon (wasn’t holding my breath). Sure enough he called me back in 5 minutes to tell me we’re good!! At first I was skeptical- no haggling? I was thinking there must be a catch, but Karifa put me at ease. Turns out I got super lucky getting linked up with Karifa. Not only is he great at what he does, he is genuinely a good guy! He cares a lot about his customers and it shows. I almost never write reviews, but this experience was so over the top exceptional I feel compelled to. If you’re in the market for a Maserati or Alfa, call Karifa. Trust me. You will see right away what I’m talking about. The dealership is top notch as well- great selection, friendly staff, etc. Again, this was by far the best car buying experience ever!
