When I went to the dealership the next day I was very pleased with the attention I received from Alberto during the entire process. I've bought numerous cars over the years but never worked with anyone who provided such detailed and professional assistance without being overbearing. He is a pleasure to work with. I was also fortunate to have had the chance to talk with Omar while I was there and was very impressed with his demeanor, professionalism and the rapport established with him. I definitely felt like I was establishing a new relationship rather than just buying a car. After the purchase, on my way home, I encountered a problem that was not due the to the vehicle or the dealership in any way. When I called Omar to ask him advice on getting it corrected, he insisted on my bringing the car back to him to have the issue corrected. He went far above anything I could have expected!
