James worked patiently with me even though I accidentally didn't show up for a weekend appointment. When I did call to reschedule, he graciously accepted my apology and set a new appointment. Later, he discussed the financing options and introduced me to Krystie for final processing. I have had to call James a few times after I took the car home. He has always been patient and offers to answer a question. As this is my first hybrid, I have many questions, which he has fielded kindly.
