He offered to take us on a test drive TO OUR HOUSE so we could be assured the car was the right fit for our garage. It was! Now that's customer service. He asked me questions, listened to my responses, and took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for. He did not push me into any decisions. He was informative, knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun to work with. Admittedly, I can be a bit of a haggler with price, but with Marc, there was no need. He made very fair offers until we settled on a great value on the car I wanted. The buying experience was nothing less than spectacular. I am a fan of Curry's sales and service, and look forward to continue being a life-long customer. While this is my first purchase with Marc, I can assure it will not be my last. We worked out a fair deal very quickly, and he took the time to handle everything in the same day. I arrived at 10am, and left with my new car by 1pm. It was a start to end great experience. After a little looking around in the lot, I quickly was able to determine exactly what car I wanted with exactly which features. Since this was not immediately available, Marc did a search and found me exactly what I asked for. He was always friendly, polite, dependable,answered questions with obvious knowledge of the product, and even provided a little humor along the way.
