My husband and I came in to test drive the Subaru Legacy and the Hundai Sonata. Marc was happy to take us out in both cars, and my husband and I immediately favored the Subaru. Marc was enthusiastic and fair with his assessment of both cars, pointing out each cars features we might want to consider. He was friendly, without being pushy, and made us feel very comfortable. We weren't rushed into any decision and decided on the 2011 with 6,000+ miles as that's the one we drove and we liked it very much. Being brand new with no miles was not that important to us, and Marc didn't try to influence us one way or the other. The finance manager, Klitos Manuel, was also helpful without pushing any decisions on us, and was happy to accommodate the changes we wanted to make after we left the dealership. When we picked the car up today, Marc took the time to show us all the features, and showed his enthusiasm for the quality workmanship of the Subaru Legacy. He seemed almost as happy as we were! We are very happy with our car, the sales, and financing. Everything was handled expertly and Curry Subaru should be pleased to have both Marc and Klitos as employees representing their dealership. I went to Curry knowing pretty mych what I wanted. Having researched ahead of my visit, I had decided on a a price range. Everyone was pleasant ahd helpful. Questions were answered. I was pleased to learn that I could have a car held for 2 days with just a small (refundable) deposit to allow me time to be sure. Mark advised me that I should ask to speak to Klitos if he was not avialable when I calle. Calls were returned in a timely manner and my questions answered. Information was provided without hesitation. I've had experiences in other places where the sales team is vague when responding to questions and not too willing to help unless you are ready to make an immediate deal on a vehicle. I did not find this at Curry. The model and 1st choice color was in stock. Once I made my decision to purchase, the process went quite smoothly. I called back wiht a question the day after pick-up and was promised a call back with an answer at the promised time. More
