I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and new windshield wipers and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am, they provided a shuttle home. At 3:30 no one had called me to update me on windshield wipers and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am, they provided a shuttle home. At 3:30 no one had called me to update me on my vehicle or to notify me if my car was ready. I called the dealership 5 times to check on my vehicle but I kept getting sent to my service reps (Ryan) voicemail. I left a message and 10 minutes later the Ryan called me back and said my vehicle was ready. I asked him why he had not called me sooner. Ryan flat out lied and said that he did call me earlier in the morning because my car was done a long time ago. I told him I have no phone calls from the dealership at all. I was picked up and when I spoke to Ryan at the service desk, I showed him my phone and asked which one of the 5 calls that were made (incoming and outgoing) belonged to him. He stated uuuuh well the one at 3:30, I responded yes that was him returning my call after trying to contact him 5 times. He said he would check his phone on "his end" to tell me exactly when he called. After 3 minutes or so waiting for him to find the proof that he called me. I said you didn't call me and he said "no I didn't I must've forgot". I received an invoice with no tire rotation and no windshield wipers, only an oil change. I had a coupon which was returned to me and I was instructed to schedule a return visit to have those services done. Needless to say I will not be returning. More
