I go on a test drive, he gets the keys for my trade and a few hours later I am out the door! I got a fair truecar value for my trade, and Rick found another $750 in rebates. My only complaint about the dealership is that the customer waiting area could use a bigger TV (that is from my kids). More

Oil change, tire rotation & car wash. Complimentary car wash was not very good, there was still grease from the road on the vehicle and the front window still was spotted.
