I live in Victorville and heard through friends that Diamond Hills Auto Group in Banning was the best place to get the best deals on my new car. So I decided to go and check it out. After contacting several dealers, I contacted Diamond Awesome Deal and Buying Experience! I drove all the way from Burbank to Banning to buy my car. After contacting several dealers, I contacted Diamond Hills through Cars.com on an advertised vehicle and practically made my purchase before I even got to the dealership. They were very informative and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. What I really liked was that they delivered on everything that was promised to me over the phone. I simply got there and signed paperwork and was back on the road in no time. Michelle, Vinnie, and Frank were very helpful. Thank you for the awesome deal and pleasant buying experience. I came in just to look at what they had for used vehicles. Jonathan was genuinely very friendly. You could see that he enjoyed people. He asked us what we wanted rather than just shoving us toward w vehicles. Jonathan was genuinely very friendly. You could see that he enjoyed people. He asked us what we wanted rather than just shoving us toward what he or management may have wanted to sell. He showed us a Chevy HHR that was little out of our price range but assured us that he could get very good deal for us on it (Yeah, sure). Fact is that he DID get a great price. They did not play games like I have encountered at other dealerships. Straight talk, excellent deal. They took care of our trade and the entire process was pleasant. All the staff we encountered was friendly and hospitable. While we were there two other clients purchased cars so things were hopping in the office. At all times the environment was calm and friendly. The other clients seemed as happy as we were to be getting their vehicles. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by my afternoon and delighted with my purchase. I returned to buy a couple of accessories and they were very helpful. In addition, their price on the accessories was better than the other dealers I had called and made the drive worth it. They are located in Banning which is a bit of a drive for some but I can assure you the deals and the effort they will make to ensure you are happy is worth it. If they don't have precisely what you want in stock they can get a dealer transfer quickly and still get you a great deal. More
