I made an appointment for an oil change. I brought the car in, I was asked by the advisor if I was going to wait. I said no I’m going to be picked up I made my way to the lobby of dealer shi I brought the car in, I was asked by the advisor if I was going to wait. I said no I’m going to be picked up I made my way to the lobby of dealer ship few minutes went by as I waited for my ride, I got a call from advisor in the office letting me know my car was done I was very happy, they finished the job faster than I expected. When I came in, I asked to see my cabin filter because I wanted to know if it was clean or dirty I wanted to see it myself. I also let the gentleman know I was waiting for the oil change to be done after an hour and a half I went to the gentleman who I checked in with he didn’t remember me And he walked over to the window to the cashier who said that she’s had the paperwork for a really long time and finally put it away in the drawer. This was horrible service and it was stamped on there waiting. More
