Service department is not responsive. Was told it would be 4 to 5 days for parts to come in. Over three weeks later got no word. I felt like I was not provided the correct information regarding the car I purchased my credit was Ryan 6 times, my score is over 800. The interest rate is super high. You guys tried to charge me $5200 for some bogus accessories Red Alert, Paint protection and one other item on a 2015 vehicle. I know I should have walked out and went to the dealerships in Moreno Valley but the dealership was really close to my home. After I had purchased the vehicle I was told that I had to find a Ford dealer for servicing. I asked for a full tank of gas and was told they only provide gas for new cars. I asked for them to clear the lenses on the front headlights and that wasn’t done. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone EVER!!!!! More
