Good good. Nice people. Ryan cool. Manager cool. One of the other service writers is a panzy and should now be working there. If you can't take the heat, quit. Nice people. Ryan cool. Manager cool. i've lived in banning my whole life and have brought every vehicle I've owned to this dealership. I have even purchased vehicles from this dealership. Unfortunately now that Ryan and Rickey are gone i w every vehicle I've owned to this dealership. I have even purchased vehicles from this dealership. Unfortunately now that Ryan and Rickey are gone i will have to find a new place to take my vehicles. I brought my 2018 silverado in about a month ago for "preventive" maintenance on the transmission. It's so bad that i'm looking to sell thetruck, and there was nothing wrong with it when I took it in there. It was PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE because i know the 8 speed transmissions have issues. It was working fine before I took the truck in. Next I took my Tahoe in to get the oil change done. I found oil drips on my garage floor the next day. So I tightened up both the oil filter that wasn't even hand tight because i still got about a quarter to half turn on the filter, and also checked the drain plug. The drips have stopped, but now I have all for tire pressure sensors not reading. And when I called to see about getting it in there so they can set the sensors, they want to charge me a diagnostic fee. So i looked on google and figured out how to do it myself. Recently I needed to get the oil change done on the truck again. I figured it was gong to be the last time i give this place a shot. Took my truck in at 8:00 was done by 9:30. Ok, no big deal. When I got there I asked for the service manager and was told he only works during the week. I asked if the tech could check the tranny fluid because it's been slipping when I take off on a hill. I was told the technicians working on Saturdays cant do this and i would have to come back and its a charge because they would have to hook up the computer and run test. Well according to google there's a check plug on the tranny pan to check this. Then as the gentleman was finishing the paperwork he said I had a mis fire and before they could do any test on the transmission, they would have to fix the misfire. I explained that truck has never acted up engine was and i didn't experience anything on the way in that would leave me to believe there was a mechanical issue with the motor. While I was discussing this with the gentleman I asked what happened to Ryan and the rest of the service dept that i've been dealing with for years with no issues. He explained that they had a little scheme going on with a couple of the sales people and the owners let everyone, including the sales people involved go. And then mentioned that this department is all about making money now and not so much about friendships, the owners can't buy their ranches, motor homes, toys, etc, on friendships. Not exactly how it should be explained to a customer, and now I know exactly why every little item I asked for is a "new service appoint with a diagnostic fee." I've filled out several of these throughout the years and if you go back you will see I was always a satisfied customer and Ryan, Ricky, and the other gentleman that worked with them was always helpful, performed the task that i request, and always got my vehicles back to me in a timely manner. Even when I had major services done and the vehicle was in there for a week or so. They always kept me up to date, and asked me if I wanted anything else done with the vehicle was already apart. Told me what was recommended and wasn't. I was always a happy customer under this guys. The service dept dept now just seams like a rush to get as many cars in and out as possible so the owners can go buy their Montana Ranches. More
On Saturday, there was only one service advisor, and while he was great, having only one service advisor on a busy Saturday is not acceptable. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. At my count of people while he was great, having only one service advisor on a busy Saturday is not acceptable. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. At my count of people in line, I was #2, and five others were behind me. A 10% off coupon was offered for Saturday service, but the service adviser would not let me use a second coupon that I had. You should allow two coupons for Saturday service. And only allow one coupon on weekdays. Also, no courtesy transportation was available this Saturday. More
