Vehicle was there for two days with no communication and believed they over charged for the service. The service dept. was told what the matter was they said my vehicle would be available in about 4 to 5 ho believed they over charged for the service. Upon closing for that they the service failed to contact me and say they didn't get to my car. I contacted them the next day and said it wasn't ready yet, but they would get to it today which never happen during business hours which they contacted me afterwards and said your car will be available for pick-up tomorrow. Went to get car and price is totally different from what was quoted from the serviceman. So I contacted two other dealers for the same issue and their price came out the same. Diamond Chevrolet compounded the labor of the job to which made the quote price go up. I asked the service advisor how can you price point the labor cost with not doing the labor for that time. Which he didn't have an answer. Therefore Diamond Chevrolet can charge an individual two or three hours of labor, but in actuality the work only takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. As a consumer I believe it is the automaker to provide a standard quality of service to its customers and I feel I wasn't provided with that quality. More
I bought my GMC Sierra Denali truck new from this dealership. Taken my truck in 3 times for the same issue. Trailer plug was replaced during last visit. Problem still exist. :( Trailer lights remains dealership. Taken my truck in 3 times for the same issue. Trailer plug was replaced during last visit. Service rep (Miguel) recommended taking my truck to another GMC dealership for repair and/or a second opinion. I’ve wasted a lot of work and personal time already and now back at square 1. More
I’ve had a lot wrong with my car AND went out of my way to use this dealership because of a salesman that use to work there named “Goody” I believe. Sadly, he has passed away but I came here for service b to use this dealership because of a salesman that use to work there named “Goody” I believe. Despite spending a lot of money here on a couple occasions and my commitment to drive here for all my regular maintenance which I have done, I was told I could not get a courtesy ride home which I would have tipped generously for BUT no I’m not an important enough or valued customer. On top of that I AM uncertain if the $1’776.83 I spent this last time resulted in a safe drivable car DESPITE previously asking them to take my car on lambs canyon road to test it out because THAT is where problems become obvious with ma car driving up steep hills. As you can probably tell Imnot having my best day BUT what I have said is accurate and I will NOT bring my car back for further work EXCEPT I need someone to make sure the almost $2K this time that I spent was necessary and fixed the problem. My car is still struggling up steep grades makes noises and gets bad gas mileage. More
