Then I mentioned a noise and they stated I had to leave it TWO day. Seems as if this was the main line cause others service techs we using the same lines. Had an appointment to change TPMS sensor and a recent recall check engine light that came back on TPMS sensor part was purchased online from dealers store parts and paid for installation online but when recall check engine light that came back on TPMS sensor part was purchased online from dealers store parts and paid for installation online but when arriving the salesman refused to believe that was the right price and I had to pay over $100 for the TPMS sensor I mentioned and showed him my receipt and emailed him a copy of my receipt which he printed out showing him that I already paid and I shouldn't have to pay anything because everything was paid for already then salesman showed me another customers paperwork information and payment information denying me that my price was incorrect luckily he ran it by a supervisor and no hesitation supervisor cleared the problem and said customer is right and already paid now for the check engine light salesman wanted me to pay $270 just to check the engine light without any repairs I reminded him it's from a previous recall same check engine light code and also I still was covered by the emission warranty so I shouldn't have to pay but salesman refuse and still wanted me to pay $270 which I refused to pay and did not feel comfortable with paying especially for a previous recall light that wasn't properly fixed and vehicles still covered by emission warranty I move forward to getting my TPMS sensor replace from dealer and when vehicle was ready the salesman handed me my keys and was told from the same salesman "stay off the internet your costing us money" which sounded like a threat to me and I was very uncomfortable I took my keys and drove off and will not be returning to this department extremely unprofessional More

Poor service and poor quality from all staff never thought I would be one to complain but here we are check my truck in numerous times to have it fixed countless times they told me it was repaired.
