Richard walked us through the process of activating the application and confirmed that everything worked as it should. The entire process of trading in one vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle was very smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Don Ringler Toyota, remember to ask for Richard Hill. We've had the 2019 RAV4 Limited for a couple of days. My wife is very happy. The RAV4 is silver with black leather interior. The vehicle is perfect for our needs.
