He answered every question I had, and was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. He never missed a beat, when answering my questions about every detail, and knew exactly how to demonstrate what I needed to see, so that I felt I comfortable with the vehicle and how it worked. He was personable and understanding and listened to my concerns and wants in a new vehicle. He made sure I viewed several different models so that we could find the one that best fit what I was looking for in a new SUV. No weird negotiating tactics, no haggling, I didn't spend an entire weekend there. In face we did most of our communication through email and text. Once I was ready to buy I told them I was heading that way and to have it ready (a 40 minute drive for me). True to their word, paperwork was ready when I got there and I drove off the lot in my new Tundra in under 45 minutes. More
