Once we were at the dealership, he was able to get us a better deal and a trade-in value we could live with. He did an exceptional job of explaining details of the vehicle. Once the deal was made, he directed us to the financial guy (Morgan Shrode), who had the endless paperwork ready and explained in detail the Toyota programs.
