I pulled into the service drive to enquire about repairing my Elantra, the service writer wouldnt come out to greet me, they sent a girl out to ask me what kind of service i needed and then told me repairing my Elantra, the service writer wouldnt come out to greet me, they sent a girl out to ask me what kind of service i needed and then told me " we cant help you today". I went back a week later and was told the same thing. every service writer at that dealershop is overweight and doesnt bother to get off of their fat xxx to help customers.
