I brought my 2020 Hyundai Sonata in on Fri, 4/23 for broken passenger side rear door and it makes clicking and cracking as you open and close the door. Assistant manager, Essex took on my visit and looked at the problem and said they have to report it to Hyundai Corp and let me know what they decided in a week. After a week I haven’t heard from him so I drove to the dealership on 5/5 and saw Essex. Then he went in to Manager’s office to discuss the matter and when he came out he gave me the manager’s business card, Carlos and told me I can contact him by email. On 5/5, I sent an email to Carlos explain the problem but still haven’t heard or response from him. I finally called the dealership again on 5/12 and left a message for general Manager to give me a call and yet no answer!! More

The service was great, it took a bit longer than expected but the service department really took care of me while I waited.
