I didn’t get any service due to a miscommunication about my recall but the lady who set up my appt never told me I had to get an order parked and told me I would be getting a loaner on the day of my appt . my recall but the lady who set up my appt never told me I had to get an order parked and told me I would be getting a loaner on the day of my appt . And when I got to my appt I was told it was a 2 part recall . Very inconvenient since I had to come to work. So I have to reschedule everything again. More
