My service was very poor this Saturday. I arrive at the service department early at about 0845 for my 0900 appointment and was told that my service (15000-mile service) would take 1.5 hours. I did not leav service department early at about 0845 for my 0900 appointment and was told that my service (15000-mile service) would take 1.5 hours. I did not leave there until 4 hours later. 1. Could not locate my appointment (which I made on the computer) 2. Was told that it will take about 1.5 hours. 3. I had to use a rental car. 4. They did not wash or vacuum my car. The bottom line is that I would Never use the Downey Hyundai Service department again. It was just bad customer service. More
