I had Pedro S. For my rep. I initially came in for an oil change and raised a concern on my invoice because the oil did not match the Hyundai recommendation as per the car manual. Pedro assured me it was a s change and raised a concern on my invoice because the oil did not match the Hyundai recommendation as per the car manual. Pedro assured me it was a standard type out and that the oil would be correct. I checked the sticker in my car and the oil on the sticker was wrong as well. I raised the concern once more but was explained away as it was a standard sticker. I drove home, but I was concerned I had the wrong oil still. So I called around. I called back and Pedro asked the master tech. It was the wrong oil. I had to come back to get it fixed, but Pedro gave me a full detail and tire rotation on the house because of the mistake. I rated three stars because I had to ask three times before my concern (what I already knew was right from the beginning) was validated. Although Pedro gave me excellent care after he realized the mistake, it all could have been avoided if he took me seriously from the beginning. I had to spend two more days driving back and forth from downey just for what was supposed to be one simple oil change. More

Service department is lousy. They cannot diagnose any major problem, their only skill set is in up charging and taking advantage of elderly parents into paying for a 300 dollar "oil change".
